Reviews
“I was one of a large group of people that took this course as a CPD a few years back, and I still use the concepts in it, and have, in recent years noticed that certain parts of the food industry have started to echo what is taught on this course. When I first did it, it was way ahead of its time, and I know that it is constantly updated to deal with new changes in trend as well as issues such as food for immunity etc. I plan to attend it again next year because I know that it’s been updated, and I am still due a free re-attendance, so I’m not wasting it”
