Indonesian Massage is a deep tissue therapy partially used in sports massage to get into the layers of the muscles in order to release tension and knots, a more gentle version is performed as Swedish Massage for relaxation and detox purposes. Although parts of it have been used in other therapies throughout the world, proper Indonesian Massage is rarely done in the UK and even less taught. Our massage techniques are from originally used methods found in Indonesia, Malaysia, Java and Bali. These techniques are very effective due to their strength and the fact that the massage is carried out with body parts other than just fingers and hands as found in other massage therapies in the UK.
Our course runs over three months for one weekend a month. You will be practising on each other which means that you will have a number of undressed areas of your body involved in the massage at the time so please bring swimwear with you. With this course you receive a FREE massage oil to start you off with your treatments.
You will receive a full certificate on completion, which can be upgraded to an optional diploma by submitting 20 case studies within 6 months after course completion.
Alternatively, for new therapists wishing to become qualified using this as a foundation course, you can also complete our online Heath and Safety course, plus an online Anatomy and Physiology and separate examination to become a newly fully qualified therapist. (Links and details given on request)

Reviews
“I find the Indonesian oil massage indispensable to resolve deep tissue knots and tightness. Thanks for the knowledge, the course was fantastic”
Ed Wardle-Davies, Woodford.
“This course was taught over a three month period. The facilitators are fantastic at what they do.
We were shown traditional Indonesian massage techniques, then we were given the chance to practice on each other. Whilst practicing, and the facilitators monitored the group and answered any questions that students asked.
What I love about TTT is that no question is considered silly and as a student, we have access to continual support after the training.
The course, venue and Instructors are all great. The group had a real sense of camaraderie and room that we trained in had a good vibe to it.
I have been a returning student since 2017. I love the regular CPD and Diploma courses available to any student, regardless of their qualification or experience.
You will get so much more than just a certificate after any course you complete with TTT.
You will know that you are competent and will have the necessary skills to work safely with your clients.”
Ann Bradley-Whittaker, The Hub, New Mills
