Total Therapy Training is the non-profit educational arm of the Total Therapy Association – the international body licensed by Yanagi Healing Arts and Clinics Japan®. Our training lineage stems directly from Yanagi Ryu in Tokyo, an unbroken tradition dating back to 1350 AD and with roots stretching back even further to 8th-century China. Recognised as a national cultural treasure in Japan, our heritage ensures that students gain authentic, historically informed techniques refined over centuries.
We’re more than a training provider — we’re a community of therapists and teachers passionate about delivering genuine healing arts. Students frequently say that even after years of experience or previous training, they gain new depth and practical mastery from our courses.
As a UK-registered charitable organisation, we’re not profit-driven. Instead, all course revenue supports research, scholarships, and community projects like the Liverpool Royal Hospital NHS staff stress relief trial.
